I'm hungry. I'm wondering if I can do this.
Background on me: I gained 70lbs while preg and I have about 19 more lbs to go. I am using Cohen's diet to lose the rest. Dr. Cohen suggested I should weigh 126 lbs. I weighed that when I was 21. I was 145 when I got pregnant. Right now I'm just trying to get back to 145 and will cross that other bridge when I get to it.

This diet is a lot less food than what I'm used to. I hope I can do this!
