Day 3
I was hungry in between meals but not after...I almost felt full. I BETTER at least lose 2 lbs this week because I am STARVING in between meals...this is hard.
I feel like I'm pregnant, I dont like to restrict myself anymore. Life is too short. At the same time, I should be able to delay gratification. This is a skill I need to master, something I want to teach my daughter.
Anywhoo. I wont weigh until 7 days are up.
